For a 16oz cup

1-2 Shots Espresso
1 Pump/ounce of chocolate syrup
3/4 Ounce of Caramel syrup
1/4 Ounce Hazelnut syrup
Steamed Milk (160 degrees)

Place all the syrups together in a 16oz cup. Add shots of espresso,mix, and then milk.
