1 coffee (110 ml)
Pear juice (20 ml)
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fresh whipped cream
Chocolate flakes or powder


Pour pear juice and sugar into a wide-bowled, heat-resistant glass.
Use the Jura coffee machine's steam nozzle or a Bunsen burner to heat the liquid.
Add the freshly prepared coffee and top with freshly whipped whipped cream.
Decorate with chocolate flakes or shavings.
