Apple Pie Steamer
15 ounces of quality apple juice
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
whipped cream
1 ounce Monin Caramel Sauce
Use your steam wand to bring apple juice to 130.
In cup, put Caramel Sauce, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour hot apple juice onto mixture while stirring. Top with Whipped cream.
