Espresso With Cream
If you make espresso that you really like and don't quite like it straight, try adding just a bit of whipping cream--enough to just cover the bottom of a glass measuring cup.
Put it in the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up and add 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, or just a drop of dark chocolate syrup. Stir them well before adding to the espresso.
