Caribbean coffee
The Caribbean Coffee Ingredients for 1 person:
2 oz old rum
5 oz hot black coffee
1.5 oz whipped cream
1 coffee spoon of sugar
Heat a little rum in 1 stemmed glass (with the microwaves for example)
Pour sugar, rum and the coffee. Deposit overcoat the whipped cream, powder with chocolate chips. you can place a straw and serve.
