Irish coffee - modern
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp brn sugar
8 oz hot coffee-strong
heavy cream -whipped
Combine suger and whiskey then add coffee in a medium size cup and stir until dissolved. Gently pour cool creme on top as to float on top. (optional:add a small amount of creme de menthe -mint liqueur)
Drink it up.
